Keanu Reeves To Play Spike Spiegel

Can I get a giant “DNW!!!”? Keanu Reeves has been confirmed to play Spike Spiegel in the Hollywood adaptation of seminal 90s anime Cowboy Bebop.
His name has been surfacing for months on the Hollywood rumour mill as the possible lead to the live-action version of the animated TV series.
Fans are worried about this recent development, and they obviously can’t be blamed if we look at the track record of Hollywood versions of not just Japanese anime but also Japanese horror movies and Korean rom-coms. Yikes >.>
