Sakurai Takahiro Sparkles in Twilight Japanese Dub

Here’s more on the “What the heck is this I don’t even…” front — also known as TWILIGHT :D Another gem in the unending lol-fest that is Stephanie Mayer’s magnum opus involves the Japanese voice cast for the Twilight movie.
Sakurai Takahiro — best known for his role as ultimate emo-fag (and I say that with utmost love and affection <3) Cloud Strife in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, lends his voice to sparkly stalkery creepy perfect undead boyfriend Edward Cullen.
YouTube provides us with clips of Sakupyon’s exceptional turn as Edward — or, as I like to call him, Cloudward :D No word yet if Morikawa Toshiyuki will be taking over the Bellaroth role, or if Suzumura Kenichi will be showing up in the second movie as Zackob.
Personally, I find the Japanese voice work has vastly improved the movie, when compared to the stilted delivery of the original actors. Now excuse me while I go change — I think I wet myself from laughing too hard.
Mad props to Jill for the batshit insane photo manip to end all batshit insane photo manips. FFVII fans are speshul :D

I wish Morimori played Bella and Suzuken played Jacob… that would be freakin’ hilarious. Granted, I never watched any of these movies (except for the little clip on youtube), but I watched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, and they would be perfect for the role… ^^
