Countdown to AFA 09! Three days to go!

I am currently in Kuala Lumpur at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre for the YES 2009 Youth Engagement Summit, but by Friday I will be in Singapore for Anime Festival Asia 2009. I’ve been looking forward to this for weeks and I’m betting my ridiculous air travel carbon footprint that I’m not the only Filipino flying in to join the festivities.
The AFA 09 schedule has been released on the official website, and a site map will be available at the venue gate to guide you around the extensive convention hall. I’m positive there will be massive crowds around the BANDAI and TAKASHIMAYA retail booths, but I’m also looking forward to more doujinshi and fan merchandise booths.
AFA09 will be held on the 21st and 22nd of November at Singapore’s Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre (Halls 403 – 404). The festival highlight is the I Love Anisong concert featuring Shokotan, Mizuki Ichiro, Hatsune Miku, MAY’N, and Fukiyama Yoshiki.
