Net 25 and Convergence Invites Everyone to bIT THE HEAT!

Convergence — the country’s premiere IT-related television programme, pairs up with Net 25′s newest morning show Homepage, to invite everyone to bIT THE HEAT!
bIT THE HEAT will be held on 2nd April 2009 at the SM North Edsa Food Court from 1PM onwards. The event will feature fun, prize-filled games, a fashion show centered around affordable, wearable tech gadgets, and an electrifying performance by one of Pinoy rock’s biggest acts, RIVERMAYA.
The SM Cinemas and 29th Century Fox in cooperation with Net 25 also present the advance screening of DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION. The screening will be from 7PM at SM North Edsa’s D-Cinema.
Convergence and Net 25 would like to invite 10 (ten) cosplayers to play a major part in the festivities at bIT THE HEAT!
To receive invites, please leave a comment at this post with your name, your e-mail address, and a link to a photo of you wearing the costume you intend to don at the event. Selections will be made from these entries so please make your submissions carefully. Applications will be closed when all ten slots are filled. Selected cosplayers will be notified via e-mail and SMS.
Selected cosplayers are expected to fulfill the following responsibilities:
• Each of the ten cosplayers is expected to be at the venue at 1PM sharp. Latecomers may be removed from the line-up.
• Cosplayers are expected to do their own hair and make-up. They may be provided with proper dressing rooms, but in case of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using the dressing area, please use the nearest rest room.
• Since this is a family-friendly event, please make sure that your costumes are not revealing. For ladies with short skirts, please make sure you wear the proper undergarments so as to prevent wardrobe malfunctions.
• Cosplayers are expected to follow the instructions of the Net 25 staff and event coordinators. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the cosplayer from the line-up, and forfeit of any compensation that they are to receive.
Since the bIT THE HEAT is on a weekday, please make sure that your schedule will accommodate the event. Neither NET-25 nor magnetic-rose.net will be responsible for any repercussions that may result from your participation at the event.
Participants will be provided with the following perks:
• invites for one to the DRAGONBALL: EVOLUTION premiere
• souvenir t-shirt for one
• freebies from event sponsors
• packed lunch for one
• transport allowance for one
